Open Energy is a fast growing solar finance company. We are seeking individuals who have the capacity and drive to assume increasing responsibility in the company. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the solar industry and desire to be part of a team with goals to change the way the industry finds capital.
Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with the incoming leads and overall sales pipeline
  • Managing existing clients and establishing new clients
  • Acting as brand ambassador, promoting the Open Energy message to clients and the wider market
  • Crafting messaging for client outreach and marketing
  • Assisting clients throughout the deal process from pre-application through to funding
  • Closing new loans with clients
  • Engage with customers to improve overall client experience, develop solutions, and make recommendations to management
  • Recommending improvements in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Analyzing cashflow models for accuracy and potential debt sizing
  • Researching current information on pricing, products, and new initiatives in the market

Your Skills and Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both oral and written English
  • The ability to manage diverse relationships and multiple, complex, projects simultaneously
  • Creativity and critical thinking to tackle a variety of challenges, from the industry level down to client-specific
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and numerical analysis

We’d Like to See:

  • Solar and finance knowledge is a plus
  • Prior sales experience is encouraged
  • An eagerness to increase responsibility
